Another great Stamp Set released for 2016 Sale-A-Bration Party Pants.
It coordinates beautifully with the Cherry On Tops Designer Series stack.
I wanted the larger balloons to be the feature so I placed a piece of Vellum from the Botanical Gardens Designer Vellum Stack.
