It coordinates beautifully with the Cherry On Tops Designer Series stack.
I wanted the larger balloons to be the feature so I placed a piece of Vellum from the Botanical Gardens Designer Vellum Stack.

21x14cm (card Base) Scored in half.
Scrap for balloons
Lost lagoon

Stamp balloons. I used Cucumber Crush, Watermelon Wonder and Pool Party.
I used the Stazon to stamp Sentiments on balloons and Vellum.
Layer the Lost Lagoon card stock with the DSP and Vellum. Adhering the Vellum where the balloon will hind adhesive.
Wrap Baker’s Twine around cardstock 3 times and make a bow.
Attach to card base. Layer balloons over Baker’s Twine with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Your card is done.
