Card Class – Succulent Garden Thankyou

Earlier in the week I posted about a technique called Paper Piecing which featured a video tutorial, this is one of the cards I sampled show casing the gorgeous Succulent garden Designer Series Paper from the Stampin’ Up! 2017 Occasions Catalogue.

Instructions

Cut Stampin’ Up! Sweet Sugarplum card base 21x14cmm and score at 10.5cm on long side.

First Layer of card is Whisper White measuring 13.5x6cm.
Second layer is Succulent garden DSP measuring 9.5x13cm
Then cut DSP piece from short side at 6cm then cut both strips at 4cm
Attach to card with Multipurpose Glue
Flip two pieces over and arrange as per picture
Stamp ‘Thank You’ Sentiment from Swan Lake stamp set onto Whisper White card stock with Basic Gray Archival ink and cut out with the 6.5x4cm oval from the Layering Ovals Framelits
Stamp plant image from the Oh So Succulent stamp set using Basic Gray archival Ink. Colour with blender pen in Old Olive and Coastal Cabana inks and cut out images using the Succulent Framelits dies.
Attach to oval with Dimensionals
Attach oval to card with Dimensionals

You have now completed your card.
