Here is a sample I’ve made using a sentiment from the Party Pants Stamp Set from the addition FREE products available now from Stampin’ Up! SAB Add On Flyer.

Measurements
Basic Black
21x14cm (card base)
2 1x10cm
Whisper White
10.5x5cm
Scrap piece for sentiment.
DSP
13.5x10cm
Stamp flowers on Whisper White using Jet Black Staz On and colour using blender pen by picking up colour from the lid of the ink pad.
Stamp sentiment onto scrap piece of Whisper White with Blackberry Bliss ink. Apply Wink of Stella and move colour around.
Punch out using Washi label Punch.
Score card base and adhere DSP with an even border on all four sides.
Attach stamped image on centre of card.
Attach the Basic Black strips top and bottom of the stamped image (as per picture).
Attach sentiment to bottom strip.
Your card is done!
